Terms and Conditions

Arimee reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed. If you have any enquiries regarding this, do email us at admin@arimee.com. 


a. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
b. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at customer@arimee.com with your order number.
c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-3 working days.
d. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. ARIMEE will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
c. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

e. Arimee reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

  • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
  • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
    and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

a. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
b. Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
c. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A Store Credit will be refund into your account.  
d. You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s).
e. Do kindly refer to the item link for backorder updates.
f. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.

a. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid.
b. Discount is applied at checkout when voucher code is manually entered
c. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
d. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
e. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
f. Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied.
g. Once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
h. Before checkout, please check that you've used the appropriate discount code before placing your order.


a. Earn loyalty points by signing up for ARIMEE account. 
b. Every RM1 spent online, earn 1 point.
c. Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. 
d. The purchase amount paid via Store Credit will not earn any points.
e. Your points will expire at the end of the month after a 12-month period
f. Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non transferrable. 


a. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) upon payment verification.
b. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
c. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
d.Adding or combined items to previous orders are STRICTLY NOT ALLOW
e. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
f. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country.
g. Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
a. We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only.
b. We DO NOT accept return in-store, if personally return in store, the return will no longer accept for return. 
b. Sale section are strictly non-returnable.
c. Items must be returned in original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
d. Kindly note that all online orders placed with the usage of store credits will not be eligible for further returns/exchanges
e. For hygienic purposes, accessories, lingerie products are non-returnable.
f. If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact customer service within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
g. For all items packed with boxes, both item and its box must be returned in its original conditions. ARIMEE reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the item doesn’t meet above conditions such as : 

  • Shoes must be returned in original condition (with dust bag, box and shoe covers).
  • Bag must be returned in original condition (with dust bag and box).
  • Clothes must be returned with ARIMEE plastic bag.

h. All items must be returned within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) from the date received.

a. Store credits are issued by Arimee and can be used on any purchase.
b. To redeem your credits, please login your account and select "Store Credits" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
c. During checkout, you are able to enter the amount to redeem for your purchase.
d. All store credits created before 12th April 2020 will be expired on 30th June 2020.
e. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.

f. All unutilized Credit expires within the given timeframe up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
