Return Policy

* Due to COVID-19 situation, please stay at home and do the return and exchange after MCO lockdown, please contact our customer service ( FB / IG / Email ) for more information if you wish to do any return and exchange on your order. Please accept our sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
All purchases or order received from 18th March to 11th May can be exchanged or returned up until  22nd May only. 

We do not make exchanges, instead we accept returns for a credit note. Credit note can then be used on your next order.

Do you accept returns & Defective Items ?
Arimee provides returns & exchange for all items, except Sale items (eg : Mother's day codes, Xmas codes and other special codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Items ? 
Follow step by step

  1. Sample of template email for RETURN 

    Email subject : RETURN FORM
    TRACKING NUMBER : ( Kindly provide tracking number of the return parcel )
    REASONS : example ( Item does not fit / unsatisfactory item / Defective Items- attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )

  2. Fill it up and email to admin@arimee.com .

  3. Return your items to the address shown below:

    ll items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.

    *Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). 
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.

Can I visit your office for the return/exchange ?
Yes. You may drop by our office to perform the exchange. However, it is subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange, and must be done within 5 working day upon receiving your parcel.

The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

Arimee will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.

Fully refund in Store credit if the item is no longer in stock.

*Processing fee costs of RM5 (RM8 for East Malaysia), USD 3 (International) will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs USD35 you will receive a store credit of USD32.

*If the dust bag and the shoe cover did not return together when you return the parcel, you will be charge for RM10 if you're on free shipping, RM5 for paying own shipping fee. 

*Return without meeting the criteria will be charged for another RM5 for penalty.  

*Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable / exchange.

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable / non-exchange items.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  • All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. 
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. 
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  • Return won't be accept if we do not receive RETURN FORM's email.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
