Please note there may be a delay with processing your return given current working from home arrangements in line with COVID-19 regulations. Our Customer Care team will of course endeavour to process your return as soon as possible however we appreciate your patience in case of delays.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for store credits which comes with a twelve-month validity period.
Returns must be done within 5 working days from the date of received from the courier service, together with a ARIMEE Return Form printout (which can be download by below pdf file)

Return items must be in their original packing and condition - unwashed, unworn, and with ARIMEE tag/label/box/dust bag intact.
Return are allowed for purchases made using the reward points, kindly refer to the Reward Points page for more information.
The following are not eligible for returns :
- Orders made with SPECIAL SALE, promotional codes, cash vouchers, store credit and specifically stated are non-returnable and non-exchange items
- Sale items, intimates, swimwear and accessories such as jewellery, bag, sunglass, scarf, bralette and etc
- Returns can only made one time per order number
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Mail it back to our warehouse:
- To make a return, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Please wait for a confirmation respond with from us before mailing the return item(s) back via a fully trackable shipping method.
Please note that:
- Returns will only be refunded via store credits with a 12-month expiry date.
- We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.
- All returns must be received within 7 working days (local orders) and 14 working days (international orders) from the date the confirmation email was sent
- The return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame.
- All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item(s) (see below).
- A processing fee of RM5 (WM) & RM8 (EM) will be deducted from your store credits for every return item due to a subsidised shipping rate offered in the initial purchase as well as administrative charges.
- Return without meeting the criteria will charged for RM10 for penalty such as return shoe without shoe box/shoe cover/dust bag and original packing.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
We currently DO NOT offer exchanges for online orders.
Instead, we recommend you to return your item in exchange for store credits, following which, you may proceed to place a new order for your desired size/colour.
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect/defective item. Kindly contact our customer care team at email@example.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram about this issue with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 5 working days upon receiving your order and we will reply you within 1 working day.
- For local returns, all parcels must be sent back to ARIMEE within 5 working days and proof of tracking number and postage fee receipt must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
- For international returns, it must be sent back to ARIMEE within 10 working days and proof of tracking number and postage fee receipt must be emailed to email@example.com
- Please provide snapshots of the defective area and submit your return request via email at firstname.lastname@example.orgWe advise that all items are to be hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, ARIMEE will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.
- If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement item or store credits in its place.
- Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
- For printed designs, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and this is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Return postage fees for returns / replacement items will be absorbed by us (For WM maximum is RM8 / For EM maximum is RM14)
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
Please note that measurements may vary 0.5 - 0.75 inches due to manufacturing processes.
The true colour of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
These aspects are not considered to be defects and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
