RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online / in-store purchase, we are happy to offer change of mind refund store credit for the full price items. 
Simply submit a return request online under "MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS (My Order History)".
Once submitted, please wait for return approval.


ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

• You may return your online purchase within 7 working days of local order dispatch date & 14 working days of international order dispatch date. 
• Once return request approved, please mail the item back to us and kindly update the tracking number under "MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS    (My Order History)".
• Please note that the postage fee will be borne by customer unless deemed faulty.  

• All items must be returned with original packing, clean, with no make-up, unwashed, unworn with ARIMEE tag.
• Shoe must be tried on a carpeted or a clean surface as we will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
• Shoe must be returned with box and dust bag, as this is considered part of the product. 
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for swimwear and accessories such as jewellery, sunglasses, bralette and etc unless deemed faulty.
• Items marked under sale categories are unable to returned unless deemed faulty. 
• Orders with a code, store credit or automatic discount are unable to returned unless deemed faulty. 
• Store Credit will be credited into account valid for 365 days. 
A processing fee will be deducted from your store credits for every return item due to a subsidised shipping rate offered in the initial purchase as well as administrative charges.
• Please note that returns requests made from third parties will not be allowed.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

• Please note that the original order shipping costs are non-refundable. 

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

• Full priced items purchased from ARIMEE Flagship Store may be returned for store credit within 7 working days of purchase. 
• Please note that you are required to submit a return request before you returning your order in-store.  
• Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind on in-store purchases. 
• All items must be returned with original packing, clean, with no make-up, unwashed, unworn with ARIMEE tag.
• Shoe must be returned with box and dust bag, as this is considered part of the product. 
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for swimwear and accessories such as jewellery, sunglasses, bralette and etc unless deemed faulty.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to ARIMEE without approval will be returned at the customer's expense.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We DO NOT offer exchange at this time for online and in-store orders. 
• If need a different size, item, etc. kindly return your current full priced item for store credit and place a new order.

INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked by the quality controlled team before despatch, but if you have received an item that is incorrect, or that you believe to be faulty, please notify please contact us at customer@arimee.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram within 5 business days of receiving your purchase.
• Be sure to provide your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
• Return the faulty item within 5 working days of local order & 10 working days of international order once the return request approve and update the of tracking number. 
• Please send us the shipping cost receipt at admin@arimee.com for credit refund. (WM max RM8 / EM max RM14)

• If item are still in-stocks, will arrange for one-to-one exchange. 
• If items are no longer in-stocks, will offer a replacement item or refund store credit in its place.
• Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty

MEASUREMENT DISCREPANCIES

Please note that measurements may vary 0.5 - 0.75 inches due to manufacturing processes.
The true colour of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
These aspects are not considered to be defects and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
