PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it and are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding local public holiday.

nce your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking details. 
During busy periods, promotional events and sales we can often have small delays, so we appreciate your patience.

Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one unsuccessful delivery attempts.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

We offered a split delivery for orders that contain an in-stock item/s, there's additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances during checkout.
